As I am sure you have heard or read we are all experiencing difficult times.
Blue Fern Yarns is still running and are all safe in the house-hold. I always pride myself on my cleanliness when handling yarns.
Blue Fern Yarns will continue tto send out orders, but please be aware there may be delay due to the volume of post at Royal Mail.
At the moment I am unable to offer tracked shipping service due to the social distancing which helps keep our posties safe and well.
Orders and Payments
No minimum order requirement. Select the item you want and add to the basket.
Follow the form through to check out.
Online payments are available for your convenience, please follow the instructions on the payment page.
If you prefer we welcome orders placed by email and payment by PayPal or BACS transfer - please ask for details.
Damaged goods must be advised immediately on receipt of order. Goods are offered for sale at prices ruling on date of despatch and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Goods should not be returned without prior authorisation.
Information contained on this site, or as otherwise supplied, is believed to be accurate and is given in good faith but without guarantee, as we have no control over conditions of use and individual application. Usually, goods are despatched from stock but during busy times please allow 14 DAYS.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail by either option noted below;
First class postage for £3.00 per order and there is free delivery on all orders over £35.
Tracked from date of shipping for £5.00 per order and there is free delivery on all orders over £40.
No one likes to pay postage, however I do not charge you the full amount.
Europe & Rest of the World
Orders can be shipped via Royal Mail by either option noted below;
First class postage for £6.00 per order and there is free standard delivery on all orders over £50.
If you require any other Special delivery, please get in touch before you order, this will be at an additional cost to you.
If you select Standard Shipping, Blue Fern Yarns cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.
I aim to get standard orders into the post within 3 working days of payment being received. (This may occasionally take longer due to bank holidays.) Please note that standard Royal Mail shipping is only insured for up to £20
Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on local customs policies, please check with your postal service.
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order. I will accept any items that are still in original condition (i.e. skeins not having been caked or knitted etc.) minus the postage costs. If returned goods are not in a saleable condition, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. We take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery but unfortunately accidents can happen. Should any product arrive damaged or imperfect, please make contact with us by email within 7days of receipt of goods.
In the unlikely event you do not wish to keep a product after it has arrived, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the unused product - in some cases, at your own expense unless otherwise agreed - to us in its original condition.
Upon receipt of the product(s) in the original condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days for the amount charged for the product to your original payment option.
For your protection, we recommend that when returning products back to us you use a recorded delivery service i.e. a service that provides a tracking. Except in instances where the item delivered was in error or was faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. Additionally, we cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
Any information submitted by the customer to www.bluefernyarns.co.uk will only be used and stored for as long as is necessary to complete a transaction. Your payment details will be collected for long enough to take the payment of the order and will not be stored by Blue Fern Yarns. Any payments by PayPal will be subject to their terms and conditions.
Delivery details will only be stored for use with Royal Mail delivery services.
This also means that I now require your explicit permission to use the data you've provided to fulfil your order.

If you do sign up as a customer, the only information stored by www.bluefernyarns.co.uk will be your name, email address and postage address. Your information will never be passed on to a third party for anything other than posting an order. It will not be shared, sold or stored insecurely.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a) Take and fulfil customer orders.
b) Administer and enhance the site and service.
c) Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
